This simple yet elegant apartment is located on Váci Street, one of the most popular streets in the city center, overlooking the pedestrian street.

The client bought it for investment purposes, to pass it on to the next owner in new condition. The property is nearly one hundred and twenty square meters, has a living room and dining room with an American kitchen, a bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.

During the renovation, it was not necessary to change the floor plan much, as the apartment already had a great design.

The atmosphere and style were created by the original, high-quality wooden parquet and the original stucco. I definitely wanted to recreate the elegant, yet clean atmosphere that matched this with a dominant color. I chose this wonderful emerald green.
