This conversion of the four hundred square meter dance studio was one of my most significant designs, during which we created a thirteen-room guesthouse.

Great care was taken in designing the entire floor plan and rooms to meet the hotel's specifications and requirements.

In addition, serious pre-planning was required for the design of the water network, heating and ventilation systems.

Most of the furniture in the guesthouse was custom-made based on my furniture designs.

My goal was to create a homely and warm atmosphere for future guests.
