The client purchased an old, worn-out property in the most frequented location of the sixth district, for investment purposes, for long-term rental, for one or more students.

I designed the floor plan accordingly, so we got two bedrooms, a living room with an American kitchen, a dining room, a spacious bathroom, and a shared built-in closet for storing everyday items and hiding the mechanicals.

I dreamed of a bohemian, youthful world for its style, mixed with some loft elements.
