A very kind client asked me for this project last year, with the intention of renovating his apartment, which had been renovated more than ten years ago and had since fallen into a very worn condition, and later, due to the excellent location, renting it out to the younger generation.

With a small change to the floor plan, the request to make the apartment suitable for three people or a small family in the long term was perfectly solved. The floor area from which we could start is not large, but we managed to find the perfect place for all the functions necessary for everyday life.

We went for a feminine style, considering the target audience. We used a pleasant beige as a base, which we added rose gold accessories. I designed the built-in furniture individually, based on a unified concept and design.
