The property was purchased by two couples for themselves, for investment purposes, and for their own use, in case they visited Hungary with their families.

We divided the one hundred square meters into two and a half, in almost equal proportions, so both apartments had a living room with an American kitchen and a separate bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe and a pleasantly sized bathroom.

There were many variations in style and many modifications during the renovation. The end result, however, was a pleasant, homely space, mixed with classic elements and a Scandinavian atmosphere.
