BUDAPEST

AKÁCFA STREET

04 / 2022

Many projects have been successfully completed on Akácfa Street, including this small apartment, which was a municipally owned property in very poor condition when it was taken over.

The ground floor apartment was special because of a rear courtyard, which was originally overlooked by a window, but by expanding the opening, we managed to attach it to the apartment, creating a secret garden.

In order to gain extra square meters, and since there was a request for a separate bedroom, we built a gallery, which allows for comfortable movement above and below.

The style represents a more delicate, feminine atmosphere, but at the client's request, we kept the original brick on one wall, its colors determined the main direction.

The project was created during my time at Spring Investment .
